Lawn Care Technician: Deliver exceptional lawn care services, including precise fertilization and expert treatment applications. Your attention to detail and dedication will ensure every lawn reflects our commitment to quality and excellence in landscape care.

Your Skills in Action:

• You’ll navigate a truck and trailer with ease, getting the job done efficiently.

• You’ll work flexible hours between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM (or until the job is complete).

• Your excellent communication skills will help you work effectively with team members and customers.

• You’ll operate company vehicles responsibly, complying with all laws and company policies.

• You’ll maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets insurability standards.

• You’ll follow safety protocols when working with equipment, ensuring a safe work environment.

• You’ll confidently drive long distances or handle an eight- to nine-hour shift when needed.

What You Bring:

• You’re 18 years or older and ready to bring your energy to this role.

• You bring 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a keen ability to analyze situations and identify effective solutions.

• You meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, sitting, kneeling, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll lead by example, providing top-notch lawn care, aeration, seeding, tree and shrub care, and other services sold by Pine Ridge Landscaping.

• You’ll apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides using hand and powered equipment with precision.

• You’ll ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and guidelines, including those set by the Virginia Department of Agricultural Services.

• You’ll inspect lawns after completing work, ensuring every detail is taken care of and hard surfaces are cleared of granular products.

• You’ll stay flexible, ready to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed to meet the demands of the job.

• You’ll maintain a neat and professional appearance while following PPE and safety regulations to work safely every day.
